Membership Upgrade

Dear valued e-browse users,
Please be informed, currently e-browse is upgrading the membership system. Therefore the existing e-browse users using BlueHyppo account need to upgrade their account to a new e-browse account. The new account will use the preferred email as login. TM would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused, whilst at the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our services to serve you better.
 
   A) I already have an e-browse ID, why do I have to upgrade  ? 
We are in the process of upgrading our current e-browse ID users to use their preferred email as a login ID. This is part of e-browse initiative to serve the users better in the future.
   B) How do I upgrade my e-browse ID ?   
  1. Please login at "Member" tab using the e-browse ID and password. This is important as to carry forward all your current subscriptions to the new account.



  2. During the first login, you will be required to fill in certain information. Please use a valid e-mail address for the registration. This e-mail will be used for your next login to e-browse



  3. You will receive a successful notification upon completion of the process. E-mail notification will be sent to the registered e-mail along with the login account.

   C) Why I could not login to e-browse after upgraded my account ?
  1. If you tried to login at "Member" tab, you will received an error.






  2. You may need to login at "E-mail" tab.

   D) I have been using the e-mail as my login before. Do I have to upgrade ?
  1. Users that have been using the E-mail as login previously, do not have to register a new e-mail. However, user may need to upgrade their detail information.
